Kate Hosford
PhD – Congratulations, Kate!
Kate Hosford is a PhD Candidate in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University. She is an applied researcher with a background in Population Health, Epidemiology, and Healthy Cities research based in the Cities, Health, & Active Transportation Research (CHATR) lab. Her doctoral research aims to contribute evidence to inform the design of transportation policies and programming that can support older adults to live independently and thrive in their communities.
Research Interests: Population health, healthy cities, active transportation, active aging, mixed methods
